Doof Movies is a movie voting and ranking platform associated with The Doofcast podcast. The Service allows users to:

  • Vote on and rank movies
  • View aggregate rankings from the community
  • Play the Doofgrid daily puzzle game
  • Access information about movies covered on The Doofcast podcast

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must authenticate using your Patreon account. By using the Service, you:

  • Are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Voting and Rankings

When participating in movie voting:

  • You agree to vote based on your genuine preferences
  • You will not use automated tools or scripts to manipulate votes
  • You understand that only paying Patreon supporters' votes count toward official rankings
  • You acknowledge that vote weights and calculation methods may change

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Attempt to manipulate rankings through fraudulent means

Movie titles, descriptions, and related content are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and voting purposes only.

By submitting movie suggestions or other content to the Service, you:

  • Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the content
  • Represent that you have the right to submit such content
